Drybar - White Plains

I booked an appointment on the app which was very easy to book or adjust. I came in wanting a super curly blowout. I sat down with Jessica for a quick chat before she took me to get my hair washed. We discussed what I wanted and the best way to do it. I had a wedding in England the following day and needed my hair to stay in curls for as long as possible whilst the hair having to last on a flight overseas then the wedding itself. Jessica was so determined to make sure I left the salon happy. I felt she really cared about my and my experience which felt so nice. Will definitely being going back!!! Super friendly staff as well!!

I had a great experience here. Jessica was warm and welcoming from the second I walked in. She did my wash, blow out and styling and it came out beautiful! She told me all about the new products and used them on me so I could try them. I needed my hair to last all day for an important photoshoot and she made sure of that. I would love to and will definitely be back, it is such a treat and Jessica did such an amazing job. I couldn’t be happier!

My blowout looked great on Day 1 but I typically pay to have my hair done so that it will last several days. The finish was frizzy up top which I was disappointed with given the cost and the addition of the liquid glass treatment. The hair stylist barely spoke to me the entire time that I was there. It wasn't an overly friendly environment.
